SPONSORSHIP OUR EVENTS IN KIND OR FINANCIALLY

For 2011 we have not had a main sponsor - Previous years Manor insurance and Wiltshire Farmfoods have been our main sponsors with all the rewards that gives.

What do our sponsors / supporters get in return for there help? 
You will be mentioned on the supporters page - stating what you did for us and also have your logo on this website.
Be listed as a supporter in our yearly events brochure.
Be advertised on our supporters board at the events we run.
You will be mentioned in the post event publicity in the paper as a supporter.
Be mentioned in our email newsletter that goes out to our members bi monthly.
If you are a main sponsor your logo will be added to our headed paper.
If you are an event sponsor (Sponsoring a particular event and being advertised as that event sponsor then your logo will appear on the posters for that event)

WHAT IS STILL AVAILABLE TO SPONSOR THIS YEAR?

                                           Community Fun Weekend 10th/11th Sept- 

Marquee hire: we are looking for one more marquee we have a quote for hire for £200 perhaps you would like to cover this cost? or would provide a gazebo or marquee for free?

VIP Tea: Last year General Dynamics sponsored the afternoon tea. £50 - £100 is the estimate to cover this aspect of the event.

Face Painting / Entertainment : Could you or your group entertain us? Dance group, Morris dancing? / Brass band etc? We are not able to have amplified music due to planning restrictions.  Would you like to host a workshop at this event? We would love to hear what you have to offer in the way of sponsorship in kind.

Manual Labour? : Would you like to help marshall / assist with running the fun events throughout this weekend? Do you like putting tents up? You would be welcome to sponsor in kind in this way too.

Toilet hire? : Could you cover the cost of this? The cost is £204 for two porta loos to add to the ones already on site.

Photographer: Would you be able to spare the time and take our offical event photos?  You would need to have a current CRB registration.

Poster / Brochure printing: Would you like to see your logo as our main sponsor on these items? Would you like to sponsor the 1 mile race or Its a Knock out? Do get in touch if this is for you. How much would this mean to you? What would you offer to pay towards this event in return for the publicity?

Breakfast for the Relay Teams? : We provide hot dog or bacon butties for breakfast to those that take part in the 20hr Relay. Would you be interested in sponsoring the food and drink for there free breakfast? Its our way of saying thank you for the effort and support they have shown there chosen charities.
